HME’s Christmas Tree Decorating Contest
Celebrating Community, Creativity, and Holiday Giving
Every December, our team at HME Home Medical brings a little extra joy into the season— by giving back.
This year, our employees are teaming up to decorate Christmas trees in support of the nonprofits that matter most to them. Each department has chosen a local charity and is designing a tree that reflects their mission, spirit, and the heart behind the cause.
From December 1–5, our Green Bay and Manitowoc locations will be buzzing with lights, ornaments, and plenty of friendly competition. And starting December 8, you get to help decide which team’s tree shines the brightest.
How It Works:
1. Decorating (December 1–5)
Six HME teams—Green Bay Retail, Manitowoc Retail, Admin, Warehouse, Respiratory, and Intake—will each decorate a Christmas tree in support of their chosen nonprofit.
2. Voting (December 8–23)

Submit your vote for your favorite tree.
Prefer to vote in person? Stop by either HME location to vote on-site.
3. Winning Tree Announced (December 26)
The team with the most votes wins — and HME will make a donation to the winning team’s nonprofit of choice.
Why We Do It:
The holiday season is a powerful reminder of joy, respect, and care — values that guide our work all year long. This contest is a fun way for our staff to celebrate those values while supporting local organizations making a difference right here in Northeast Wisconsin.
